[TechAssist] Sansui TVS2542A

Sansui 25" TV / Orion 2000 model # TVS2542A . Set has no picture or sound. HV
is ok and I have filament.
When I crank up the G2 I get a faint picture with retrace then it goes black
again even with G2 up all the way, pic is black.
RGB's are sitting near 200V as if in cut off. I have no manual for this one.
Any ideas out there ?
