Ed,
There used to be a kit available from Premier Electronics (now closed)in
Toronto.
I used to order the kits from them.
I found that if I did not install the kit, The I.C.
would fail within an hour.
In using the kit, the I.C. would still fry eggs, but I never had
any bounce back.
