[TechAssist] Samsung ct-5035xvc

We have a samsung ct-5035xvc chassis which had a broken
filament line when we attatched the test equipment ground to
the ground on crt board ..unit shut down.. now it clicks on but
shuts
down after a second or two.checked diodes and components in
power supply disconnect input to voltage reg and it will shut
down
too. any help appreciated.
