Now that is is about 4:30pm on Friday and I am getting ready to go out the door, Samsung Tech Assist just called. I explained that the set was buttoned up for the weekend and my tools were packed on the truck to go home so I was not in the position to do some heavy troubleshooting at the moment. They are supposed to call me back on Monday after 9am but I told them I am heading out on the road about 9:30am so time will be short. I told them I get in around 6am so we could start earlier but they come in at 9am (must be nice to miss those first 3 hours of the workday!).
