The SM might be usefull. How big is the SM this account will handle 10 meg
now (assuming that the spam filters dont block it) you could also send to
oliver_peter1 at yahoo.com it will also take 10 meg attachments. If I wanted
150 of the FLJ6920's I could get from mouser at a little over $3 ea.
Fairchild's bugitary price for manufactures is about $3.64 ea Samsung parts
lists it at $27.. (some one is making a good profit). the 2sc5144 by
toshiba is $11.99 at B&D. Sanyo just released a 2SC5967 (or 68) that might
work but hasn't made it to distubuitors online stock yet. NTE has NTE2533
but it is only1500v 25A.

Peter,
A 2sc5144 will work for testing. I have the full SM on that unit if you
need it.

Samsung
TXN2771HF
service # TXN2771HFX/XXA
MFD Oct 2003

Set is dead. HOT is blown. It is marked J6920 with fairchild
logo. It has the large case like a TO3PL although with fairchild it appears
to be TO-264. (same case size as 2SA1302). From that it appears to be a
FJL6920 which is rated at 1700V 20A 200W. Didn't get a chance to pull the
fly (was a short day today) but if it is arcing wouldn't show on a ring
test. CRT does not appear to have a HK short and B+ comes up without HOT
present. Any idea where I can get a low cost generic version of this
transistor (in the event of a non testable arc) or any known failure
scenerios?
