[TechAssist] Samsung TXJ2754, chassis K51A, HOT shorted, any tips.

The HOT (D1880) on this 27" Samsung is shorted, as well as Q801 in the
P/S.  This chassis is new to me, so I was wondering if there are any
tips on this 1999 model set.  I find it unusual that Q801 shorted as
well.  TIA
