[TechAssist] Samsung TXE2546 Dead

Hello everyone
I am working on a txe2546 that is going into shutdown about 2 seconds
after startup. B+ is 130v . Power supply checks good, vertical ic is
good . The front panel led blinks a few times after shutdown. The set
will not run at reduced ac either. I have heard that the flybacks are a
problem with this set. I have repaired a few of these sets , but
normally the vertical ic is bad. If anyone has any Ideas I would
appreciate it.
