Ken,
I think I just posted this info for another model, but I can't find it and
just delete my trash folder.
I believe it was holding vol up and channel up button at the same time for 7
seconds, or something like that. Sorry this isn't much help.
Also, look for  switch near the rear of the unit for this mode.
