[TechAssist] Samsung TV model TXB1920

This set came in with customer saying it won't come on. It worked for me so
I soldered any questionable looking connections. It worked 1 evening and now
it's back for same thing. And it works fine here. Any help is appreciated. I
have no schematic on this set.
