[TechAssist] Samsung TC2550S dead

This Samsung TC2550S came in dead with Q810 (C3552) shorted and 4 Amp fuse
open. Replaced both and set tries to start power supply but I don't get any
high voltage and Q801 is getting hot. Any tips on this set?
