[TechAssist] Samsung PLH403W no horiz sync

I have a PLH403W in for service that the horizontal frequency is way off.
Does anyone have a dump of the EEPROM or a way to adjust the horizontal
frequency?
I have the service manual but it does not list the adjustments. Even if I had
the list I can not read the on screen.
