Hi Techs
I need help on this samsung tv Model #TAB 3113 . Tv had a horizontal line,
changed vertical IC ( LA 7838 ) and all capacitors in vertical circuit
looked good. Tv started working , delivered it to customer home. Next day
she called and said tv is not working again.
