SFP9640 is the IRF9640 also NTE2372, P channel pwr mosfet.
3S1265R (also KA3S1265R) no subs.
seems to be widely available
(MAT, SUBURBAN, ELECTRONIX, some others for sure,
have it, choose your favorite dealer)
