[TechAssist] Samsung CXE1931 No Sync

Make : Samsung
Model : CXE1931 TV/VCR Combo
Problem : No Vert or Horiz sync in tuner mode. OSD is stable. Tape playback
is OK
Before we get heavy on this one , is there a common fault for this on this
model? Is there a parameter in service mode that may have gotten corrupted?
