Looks like the fuse for the 13v supplies should be F856.

The fuse you are talking about, F855, is for the -26v line to the
convergence outputs. F854A is the fuse for the 26v line. Either of these
two fuses being blown would cause loss of deflection; the 26v lines are
only used for convergence.

Check the yokes, and be sure to measure the value of the 4.7ohm yoke return
resistors RZ086, 87, 88, 89 in the Green circuit. In the Red  and Blue they
should be 3.9 ohms and the red circuit is labeled RZ076, 077, 078, 079, and
079A. The Blue starts with RZ096, etc. Note that the Red and Blue have one
extra resistor.

And you probably have at least one bad STK. I would change all three.
