[TechAssist] Sampo lasma PME-42X6

PME-42X6 power light turns green and stays on . Has faint raster no osd .
Power wont shut off . One time pix came up with snow like noise darker on the
top lighter on the bottom . Only did that once . Now just raster no osd no pix
and wont turn off. Definitely appreciate any help on this tv.
