[TechAssist] SOny Kv27ts20 Tuner seems to be drifting up and dowm in Frequency.

Hi All
Again I don't have a schematic for This sony
We have seen the set go what seems to be up and down in frequency . It
does go past the clear picture and sound for a very short time.
Does this set have a history of a bad Tuner in it??? I remember I
changed a tuner in a sony once and it made no difference?
Any sugestions would be appreciated .
