Kevin,
The belts in these have to be pretty much dead on....too tight, or too loose,
will
exhibit these symptoms.
You need PRB #'s SCB14.6, SCX4.0, SCA10.5, SCX11.8, SCY11.7, FRQ11.2.
Also, be sure you used ST9.25 for idler.
