you take the screws out of the bottom under the rubber and plastic covers.
If you've never done it before then you should check out www.modchip.com and
make sure you hook up the chip right.  There are different versions of ps2's
with different chip connections.   You can damage those ps2's very easilly
if your not extra careful.
