[TechAssist] SONY KV36XBR400 glue on pots

I have one of the XBR400 sets that the glue becomes conductive on the Xray
pots, Has anyone had any luck measuring the pots and replacing them after
setting the resistance. Sounds much easier than replacing the D board per Sony.
