Sounds like either an intermittent CRT or perhaps one of the following from
WINSTIPS:

SONY KV32S40

Shutdown

Jnm

Ic751 # 875953508 C Pcb

---------------------------------------------------------------

SONY KV32S40

Video No Go, Sound Ok. Hv Ok. Tuning Ok. Timer Light Flashes Continuously

This Is An Akb Problem. The Tipoff Is The Timer Light Blinking. Found C368
(Poly Film Capacitor) Off Of Ic351 (Video Chroma) Breaking Down Under
Voltage. Must Have 4 Volts On Pins 19,21,23 Before Chip Will Let Video Out!
Cap Was Not Shorted, Checked Good On Sencore Cap Checker.

GREEN with retrace and then you lose the PIX but still have Audio. If you
shut it off and it will turn on okay.
