[TechAssist] SONY KP-53S35 need part number

Hi techs, I am working on a Sony KP-53S35 at the
customer's place with an audio problem, and I want
to replace the volume/bass/treble control ic, which is
a flat pack smd. I wrote the part number somewhere and
I lost it !!!!!!!!!! (such a dumb!!!!!) and I would hate
to make another 60 miles round trip to get it again...
I have no schematics for that model, will appreciate
someone tell me the part number for that IC.
