Go to the site and look for Webmaster and email him. I have had problems in
the past but where solved this way. Let me know if you can't find it will
get what you need.

I ordered the service 3 years ago, and after a few months, the
login/password they gave me wouldn't allow me on the site. I sent in e-mails
asking why and never got a response. I was going over one of my credit card
statements, and saw that they are billing me yearly, and I have not even
been able to log in for over 2 years. Needless to say, I am not very happy.
Anyone else had any problems with this company? I am interested to hear.
