I show it listed as SoundDesign,Magnavox.
I guess back them, Magnavox was using the Sound design name.

I just noticed we came up with different manufacturer's names for the UL
code.
I used the list at RepairWorld.
What list did you use, Hugh?
I used to have printed one from Sams, but I couldn't find it.
