Yes, there is a rubber button repair kit. CW2605, @ 8.50, which is a two part conductive rubber. Available at MAT ELECTRONICS. It's kind of expensive if you are only repairing a couple of buttons, as whatever is left will harden, But, it works very well. All of the conductive coatings will dry out and peal off, such as nickle and silver. (they are not flexible) The muffler repair kit, which contains an adhesive backed aluminum, which you punch out small circles with a single hole punch, work fairly well and cheap, but not as good as the CW2605. Another good method, if you only have one or two buttons to repair is to: Take the rubber keypad from a damaged remote, slice the buttons off with a razor blade. Slice off the defective buttons, then glue the replacement buttons in place with silicone rubber. They will last untill the conductive surface is worn out again. Then you can repeat the process.
