Sounds like they sold you an old version of Norton.  I get e-mails selling
2002 versions of NAV.  What a rip off.  Of course--they are worthless.  Heck
I'd give away my old versions of norton--they are also worthless.  Never had
a problem with NAV-----yet.  Allways get the new version of systemworks.
Really nice utilities for a few extra bucks.
