[TechAssist] Rca PTK195 push mute and looses audio, then looses video

Intermittently When the mute is pressed the unit looses audio, then will loose
pic to slick raster. ac reset will operate normal again until mute is pressed.
Resoldered tuner and micro shield/grounds with no change. Any ideas??
