[TechAssist] ROSS mixing console, need assistance and/or help.

This 12 channel Ross mixer belongs to our computer
guy here at the store.
It has some problems, which I will lay out to
anyone who knows anything about this brand.
I've searched for the company, and think it might
be Ross Electronics, 1200 E. Lancaster Ave.

Can anyone verify this before I make a toll long
distance call.
This looks like a pretty well made product.
Personllly, I use more Peavey stuff than anything
else.
Need info, schematics etc, but I can't find a model
no. anywhere.
