I am pretty sure I had this problem on this chassis and found a open winding
on the transforer. I believe there is a pin that provides a 40vp-p pules to
the vertical that is missing, think it is pin 8 on the flyback. Also had a
similar problem where C4503 leaked and ate the run to r4505 removing ground
from a stage before the vertical amp.
