[TechAssist] RCA--CTC177AM2(Low high voltage)

Problem: output running hot with about 15 thousand volts high voltage.
Readings I have taken with set plugged in:
U4101:
Pin 1: 40 volts
Pin 2: 33 Volts
Pin 3: 0 Volts
Pin 4: -.9 volts
Pin 5: .9 volts
Pin 6: .8 volts
Pin 7: .37 volts
Pin 12: 160 Volts
Q401: 169 Volts
