pins 1&2connect pins11& 12 connect pins 3 & 5 connect pins 4, 7, 8,9, 10,
connect.If you have no startup try changing C4312 it's the horizontal vcc
startup. check pin 57 of ICU1001 and see if you have 6.7V there.if not pin 6
U4101 for 8.9 v look for lectrolite around C4312.
