hi techs ,
I am working on this rca vcr model# vr634hf. it has on output signal .
I replaced the tuner but that did not solve the problem.
when I check the voltages on the tuner module I found that 5.1v is missing
from pin 4.
when I connect pin 3& 4 I get a signal but the video does not switch off.
this missing 5.1v comes from pin 74 of ic601 the system control .there is no
voltage at pin 74.
Could ic 601 be faulty?
