There I go again. I didn't look up the model to see what chassis it had. The ctc17x and latter have special programing boxes, but I see now that yours is a ctc146. Now, I would rather suspect that you need an RCA remote that has "setup", "audio", and "video" buttons. As far as the box, since I brought it up, many settings are available. The box itself is connected to a "special" TV. The TV is programed to have the channels, functions, etc that they want. The box then "learns" the TV, and can in turn be moved from room to room and each TV in turn can be programed from the box with a quick press of the remote control button. This greatly reduces the time to program the TVs, and will ensure uniformity throughout the complex. Again, that will not apply to you, sorry. The remotes with the setup, audio, and video buttons are getting to be as rare as hens' teeth.
