Ben, This 155V measurement, was it taken while TV was up and running or not?

This is a CTC203 chassis (com. unit) This is whats happening You turn on and
it comes up and shuts down may stay on sometimes for allittle time. Measured
h/o transistor coll. and its 155v. to high run on variac and it plays ok.
Have changed Q101,102 and 103 no help. anyone had this before or some idea?
