[TechAssist] RCA ctc-175a2 No High band

Hi Guys
We have a RCA ctc-175a2 chassis which had a number of broken
grounds..soldered grounds but now we only have channels 2 to 6
all other channels just snow..before soldering grounds picture had
more snow as channels increased ch 40 very snowy
replaced the .01 smd but no go.
All grounds look ok and no shorts found.
any help would be appreciated
