Oldie, but customer would like fixed.
Manufacturer: RCA
Model: VR290
Symptom: Cassette will not eject, keeps reloading
Found loading gear on left side of cassette basket bad. The tab where
the tension spring connects is broken off. This is the gear that has teeth
on half of the gear and a plastic piece extending out on one end where the
cassette basket pin slides during loading. I think the part number is 192873.
Could someone verify this. Also need the part number for the gear that sits on
top of this gear. It is the one where the other end of the tension spring
connects to.
