Also check for G1 to G2 short.

Set came in with common TP15 problem, fixed that and now TV fires up but
with no video at all, not even if the screen level on the flyback is
turned up. There's HV, CRT voltages are present, I'm not sure what's
going on here. Anyone have a thought on this. Thanks.
