[TechAssist] RCA TV/VCR T27204 chassis KM275

This one looks like a Panasonic chassis from the layout and the numbering on
the boards. Anyone know if it crosses to a Panasonic model? I have some of
those manuals and might have something to work with.
Complaint was bad pix and intermittently would not eject tape. Found
clogged head and bent spring in cassette housing. Put unit back together
and now it does nothing but flashes timer light. Power light come on when
power button pressed but nothing else happens.
Any suggestions appreciated.
