The set could be in Quantum parental shutdown. solution hold power button on
remote down for 5-6 sec. Avery

RCA 14" TV/VCR combo no start problem! I have most of the RCA service
literature not this one.
Does any one have the service manual for this set they could upload?
The front panel light blinks 5 times at turn on. Does not seem to be in
Parental Lock? I do not have the original remote didn't think that would
matter. First time I have seen this set.
