Max,
Please use RCA chassis # when asking for tips on RCA's as this is the way
most manuals etc. are listed with RCA's.
Without knowing the chassis # here's a couple of tip's if it's a CTC120
chassis check solder connections in tuner module, also check coil L104
hooked to pin 7 of flyback for poor solder connections or for open coil.
