hi ken
here are some notes i have
PS35653, CTC169BG5  Distorted audio  Replace c1901,c1902 1Uf 50v. almost
impossible to get into top side.
Low Audio
look for 2 small 1mfd caps on the input side of the audio amp ic's
 
Check the following components (all prone to leakage):
 
C1203 C1411 C1412 C1451 Q1400 Q1401 most of them are 100 Ohm 1/2 watt, (R4125),
