Okay then, as I said before, about 165 - 170 volts in standby and 143v in
run.  Sound very normal to me. How long have you had it up and running? I
fix most of mine in the customer's home. However, if it were one I had in
the shop, I always let them for for three days before releasing them to the
customer just to be sure. I hate a recall because of haste (and it doesn't
look good to the customer either).
