Thanks to everyone for the tips on this.
Original problem was upon initial power up, the video was shaking, vertical
decreased, then no video. Video would come back in a few minutes and Projo
worked fine until powered down again.
I repaired some obvious bad solder joints and some not so obvious in
vertical section. Upon the advice of another tech, I replaced CR4504 with
upgrade part #243636.
All has been working fine.
