[TechAssist] RCA PTV MOD- P52937SG Dead

Hello Group,
We are a service center for RCA, And within the past 3 days we have seen
four of these models, under three weeks old, And they are dead. Upon
inspection, the fuse is blown, and when we replace the fuse, the main
transistor arcs in the convergance power supply, and the fuze blows again.
RCA says you have to repair this module. Do any of you guys know what goes
wrong with these. All four of them are doing the same thing.
