I have always replaced C4108 with 47mfd 50v 105degree capacitor with no
problems.
Use a good quality cap and always use 105 degree temp rating
The C4102  2.2mfd 16ovolt and C4104 15mfd 50 volt are more critical
I ahve gotten away with 22mfd in place of C4104 but within a year or so had
to replace again.
