Matt,
Check the PIP module. Probably find "chocolate drop syndrome." Rubber
bumbers that melt on the pcb. Also, will probably find about six bad
caps on the module. Clean the heck of the board and replace the caps
with high ESR. Too darn late for me to look up which ones I have found
in the past. If you need more help, email me privately.
