[TechAssist] RCA PROJ TV, M#:P46721LV, CH#PTK169PFA,Picture rolls at start up and then mellows out

Problem: Unit was originally dead. I found CR4118 bad and the tv powered
up fine. Now, the unit's pic rolls for a short time after turning it on and
stops after a few minutes. Any ideas? TIA!!
