Gary, As far as I know, you need to have the DWG program installed to use these disks. Can you see any files on the disk, when you go to explore? www.download.com you can find a DWG viewer to view the schematics on the disk. Let me know if this doesn't work. Hi everyone! Can anyone figure out how to email (or upload) the schematic of the power supply section on the convergence board of model P61310 HDTV? I have the service disk but I cannot get it to work on the 1 section that I need to fix-CONVERGENCE. Tried it in my laptop and 2 of the office computers so I dohave a bad cd... I hate how RCA has combined the convergence amp circuit with the convergence power supply because when there is a disaster there really is a disaster! The whole board is NLA so I have no choice but to fix the old board. I have all the componets for the board in stock but I cannot read the componet locations for many of the parts because they flashed and made burn marks on the board. A schematic will also help just in case there is more wrong than is visible... Hopefully someone will know HOW to do it from the RCA disk! Any help is certainly appreciated! valleytv@xxxxxxx[1] (for large files) Thanks!!!!
