First thing comes to mind, did you solder the Hor transformer?

Assisting another shop.
Originally it was repaired last week with a new flyback.Went home
running good and a few days later went out again.
HOT is good. tech unplugged the HV block from fly, same thing.
I gave him a fly and block used (ran it the chassis here), but still
clicks, and dead.Assuming my test fly/block are OK, anything else known
for this? We're still going under the assumption there is a HV load
doing it.
