[TechAssist] RCA P52928/CTC195NB-shuts down on channel change

RCA P52928/CTC195 chassis shuts down during channel change intermittently when
using sets tuner. Will shut down every time using external input whenever no
video signal is present--such as during cable box channel change or input
change. Unit will usually turn back on as long as signal is present. Have not
seen unit yet, symptom reported by installation crew. Seems like I saw
something about this but couldn't find a listing.
